Yurie Mikami is a Japanese voice actress from Aomori Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her career in the voice acting industry began after she achieved recognition in the 6th 81 Audition in 2012, where she won the Excellence Award, the E-XING Award, and the Nagasaki Sound Director Award. She officially joined 81 Produce in April 2014.

Mikami's voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of supporting and guest roles in numerous anime series. Her early work includes a small part as a female middle school student in Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live in 2013. Over the following years, she built her resume with appearances in popular series. For instance, in 2015, she voiced the roles of Miki Harashima and Fuuka Kazaguruma in the series Brave Beats. That same year, she also played a clerk in the second season of Is the Order a Rabbit?. In 2016 and 2017, she voiced several minor characters, such as a young girl and a waitress, in the first two seasons of the comedy series KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!. She also had a role as a receptionist in an episode of the long-running detective series Case Closed (Detective Conan) in 2016.

Continuing into the late 2010s, Mikami took on a greater variety of roles. In 2019, she played the character Kirara in the series Kira Kira Happy Hirake! Cocotama. The same year, she appeared as a beauty in Carole & Tuesday and as an operator in Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka. Her work in the early 2020s includes roles as a schoolgirl in I'm Standing on a Million Lives (2020), a village woman and a mother in To Your Eternity (2021), and the character Yuyu in Those Snow White Notes (2021). In 2023, she portrayed Laina in the spin-off series KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!.

Beyond television animation, Mikami has contributed her voice to several video games. Some of her game credits include playing Cho in Dolly♪Kanon (2014), Sun Quan in Sangokushi Taisen (2016), and Dinah in Chronos Blade (2016). She has also worked in voice-over dubbing for foreign films and television series, including The Queen's Gambit (2020). Her work extends to audiobooks, such as narrating The Love Song of a Certain Pilot in 2019, and to voiced comics.

Mikami is known to have a few personal skills that relate to her background; she is proficient in the Tsugaru dialect of Aomori and her special skill is playing the Tsugaru shamisen, a traditional three-stringed instrument.
