Sonja Meadow is an American voice actor known for work in English dubs of anime series. She is also known professionally as Molly Searcy. Searcy was born on November 25, 1986, in Houston, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater and dance from the University of Texas at Austin and later obtained a Master of Fine Arts in acting from Southern Methodist University.

Meadow is known for the role of Saya Matsukaze in the English dub of the anime series Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!?. The series, which originally aired in Japan in spring 2019, received an English dub produced by Sentai Filmworks, with Kyle Jones serving as ADR director. Her voice work can be heard in the English dub released on home video in May 2020. Beyond this role, her other voice acting credits include work in the anime series Azur Lane.
