Kokoa Ishii is a Japanese actress and voice actress who currently performs under the stage name Kokoa Amano. Born on July 6, 2004, in Chiba Prefecture, she began her entertainment career at a very young age as a child actor, initially working under her birth name, Kokoa Ishii. In July 2017, she transferred from the junior talent division to the voice acting department of her agency at the time, Space Craft Group, and adopted the stage name Kokoa Amano. In April 2019, she moved to her current agency, Toy's Factory.
Her early career included a range of voice roles in animated television series under the name Kokoa Ishii. She is known for her dual roles in the Cardfight!! Vanguard G Stride Gate-hen series, where she voiced both Myojin Lewes and the young version of Ryuzu Myojin. She also appeared as a young Jun Ōtsuki in the 2013 live-action Gatchaman film. Other notable early credits include Misa Maruno in the 2017 series Urahara, a role as an alien girl in Magical Somera-chan, and Ureirika in Overlord III. Her work extended to video games as well, including a role in War of Brains.
As her career progressed, Amano took on a variety of roles in major anime productions. She delivered a notable performance as Haru Takigawa in the 2020 television anime 22/7. She voiced the character Suzu in Dr. Stone: Stone Wars.
