Kazuhiro Yoshimura is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on July 21, 1983 in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. He is known for his work in both anime and video games. One of his notable voice roles is Seiji Minegishi in the anime film series Gekijōban Collar×Malice Deep Cover, which is based on the Collar X Malice visual novel. Beyond this role, his other credited performances include work on the video games 9 R.I.P. and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, as well as the original Collar X Malice game.
