Patrice Dozier is a French actor born on November 11, 1949, in Bois-Grenier, in the Nord region of France. He trained at the Conservatoire de Lille. Dozier is primarily active in the field of dubbing, lending his voice to numerous characters for French-language versions of films and television series.

His voice acting career encompasses a wide range of animated features and series. He is known for being the official French voice of the character Elmer Fudd in the Looney Tunes franchise since 1997. In Disney productions, he provides the voice for Hermès, the messenger god, in Hercules (1997) and Monsieur Mouche (Mr. Smee) starting with the film Peter Pan 2: Return to Never Land (2002). Other notable animated film roles include Chumy in Finding Nemo (2003), William Van Dort in Corpse Bride (2005), Chunk in Toy Story 3 (2010), and the character Nick in The Sea Beast (2022). He also voiced the character Sverkel in the anime series Vinland Saga.

Beyond animation, Dozier is a prolific dubbing actor for live-action productions. He is the recurring French voice for actors such as Wallace Shawn and Leslie Jordan. He is also known for voicing Inspector Brackenreid, played by Thomas Craig, in the series Murdoch Mysteries. His extensive film dubbing work includes providing French voices for actors like Kevin Pollak, Richard Kind, and John Candy in Maman, j'ai raté l'avion (Home Alone).
