Kevin Cutliffe is an American voice actor based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been interested in voice acting since childhood and took classes with several industry veterans to develop his skills. His professional work spans animation, video games, podcasts, and commercial narration.

Cutliffe made his anime dubbing debut with a role in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. He is known for providing the English voice of Ricky, a student at Goha #7 Elementary School and a classmate of the protagonist Yuga Ohdo, in the series Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens. This role marks a significant milestone in his career as his first major credit in anime voiceover work. In addition to voicing Ricky, he also provided additional voices, known as walla, for the show.

Beyond his work in Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens, Cutliffe has built a diverse portfolio across different media. In animation, he has taken on the titular role in A Positive Note, voiced characters including Skull Trooper and Tomatohead in Duo Fortnite Adventure, played Milo Mellinger in Project Infinity, and provided voices for fan-based projects such as The Super Mario 64 Creepypasta and The Zelda Multiverse. His work in video games includes roles in the horror game Happy’s Humble Burger Farm as well as its virtual reality sequel, Return to Northbury Grove. He also performed as the Commissioner, a prison guard, and various extra characters in the English dub of the 2024 film The Count of Monte Cristo.

Cutliffe has also worked extensively in audio dramas and podcasts. He voiced the character Dot the Mushroom in productions like Dreambound and Interview with a Plushie, as well as the Old Kilner Merchant in Dreambound. Additionally, he has hosted episodes of the Bulbanews Weekly Roundup, a news podcast produced by the Bulbagarden Networks dedicated to the Pokémon franchise.

Throughout his training and professional career, Cutliffe has worked with several notable figures in the voice acting industry. His instructors and collaborators have included voice actors and directors such as Tony Oliver, Darren Dunstan, and Tom Aglio. He records much of his work from his home studio in Atlanta.
