Shintarō Ogawa is a Japanese voice actor born on May 15, 1991, in Ibaraki Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Ogawa is a graduate of Aoni Juku, the training school affiliated with his agency, having completed the 31st term of the Tokyo school. He made his professional debut as a voice actor in 2011.

Ogawa has built a career providing voices for a range of characters in anime series. One of his most notable roles is Tsuneyuki Okudera in the long-running anime series World Trigger, a role he reprised in the third season. His other major anime roles include Soichi Okita in Code:Breaker and Imai in Red Data Girl. He has also contributed voices to numerous other series in supporting or guest roles, such as Blue Spring Ride, The Knight in the Area, Blast of Tempest, Love Lab, and the film Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F.

In addition to anime, Ogawa's voice work extends to video games. His game credits include roles in titles associated with Koei Tecmo, such as Yuri in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Azure and various characters in Shin Sangoku Musou Blast. He has also been involved in the Kamen Rider franchise, providing voices for characters like Kamen Rider Delta and Kamen Rider Orga in several video games.
