Noshir Dalal is an American actor and voice actor recognized for his work across animation and video games. He was born on August 15, 1978 in Rochester, New York and studied acting at the University of Rochester before spending a decade in New York City theater, eventually relocating to Los Angeles for further opportunities in film and voiceover.

In the field of animation, Dalal has contributed to several notable series. He is known for his role as Admiral Rampart in the Disney+ series Star Wars: The Bad Batch, appearing across the first, second, and third seasons. He voiced the character Kurosaka, also known as the Dark General, in the 2021 Netflix original anime series Yasuke, which was produced by the Japanese studio MAPPA. His other animation credits include roles in Hit-Monkey, where he voices Fat Cobra and Silver Samurai, as well as appearances in The Owl House and the anthology series Love, Death & Robots.

Dalal is also part of the English dub cast for the anime series Record of Ragnarok II. In this production, he provides the voice for two distinct Hindu deities: Brahma, the God of Creation, and Indra, the King of the Gods. Both characters appear as supporting figures within the divine pantheon during the tournament arcs of the series.

Beyond his animation work, Dalal is particularly acclaimed for his extensive performance capture and voice roles in the video game industry. His notable gaming credits include Charles Smith in Red Dead Redemption 2, the English voice of the title character in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Kotallo in Horizon Forbidden West, Bode Akuna in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Rain in Mortal Kombat 1, and Yone in League of Legends. He has also appeared as a guest on the actual play series Critical Role, participating in the Candela Obscura chapter and a Mortal Kombat 1 one-shot.
