Jeff Leach is an internationally acclaimed actor, stand-up comedian, scriptwriter, and producer who has built a diverse career across live-action, comedy, and voice-over. Originally from the United Kingdom, he began his entertainment career hosting music, pop culture, and youth programming for major UK networks such as the BBC, Channel 4, and ITV. He also performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company as part of their Complete Works Festival. After appearances in British soap opera Hollyoaks, the cult-comedy The Chaos, and feature films The Smoke and London Town, Leach found success in stand-up comedy, earning critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival before relocating to the United States.

In the field of anime voice acting, Jeff Leach is known for several prominent English dub roles. He voices the character Jack the Ripper in the Netflix anime series Record of Ragnarok II. He also provides the voice for Jelki the Swift Ink, a character in the anime series Ishura, which is based on the light novel series by Keiso. These roles represent his ongoing work in the anime genre, with his performance in Record of Ragnarok being cited as a lead character for the streaming platform.
