Jean-Philippe Lejeune is a Belgian actor and voice actor known for his work in French-language dubbing of anime and other animated series. He was born on March 8, 1969. Lejeune initially trained as a historian at the Universities of Namur and Louvain-la-Neuve before pursuing a career in the performing arts. He later won a First Prize in Dramatic Art with Great Distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Liège, where he has also taught since 1999. His background includes extensive work in theater, film, and television, with over sixty film and television productions to his credit.

As an anime voice actor, Lejeune is recognized for several key roles in French-language dubs. He voices Oarashi in the series Dr. Stone: New World. He also portrayed Martens in the anime series Deca-Dence. Additionally, Lejeune has lent his voice to minor characters in the long-running Pokémon franchise, including roles such as Dozer.

One of his more prominent recent roles is Gomul in the French dub of the anime series The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic. This series, which began streaming its French dub in 2025, features Lejeune in a supporting role as part of a larger cast.

Beyond these specific anime credits, Lejeune has performed voice work for a wide range of dubbing projects, including films, documentaries, and other animated series. His career also includes a role as the voice of Barbe-Pourpre in the 2015 film The Prince and the 108 Demons.
