Hesham Elshazly is an Egyptian-born English-language voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing and video games. He was born in Giza, Egypt, in 1990 and spent part of his childhood in Florida in the United States before returning to Egypt for his education. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Cairo University and later pursued voice acting training with instructors including Crispin Freeman, Chuck Huber, Tasia Valenza, Brent Allen Hagel, Cassandra Morris, Kirsten Day, and Greg Chun. His early voice work included narrating audiobooks and commercial promo gigs.

Elshazly is recognized for his role as Hawkab in the anime film The Journey (2021). The film featured a bilingual cast, and he performed English ADR work for the character. He also voices the character Sakimori in the English dub of Nukitashi the Animation, an adaptation of the adult visual novel Nukitashi. The English dub for this series was produced by Ascendent Animation and released on the OceanVeil streaming platform.
