Honoka Arata is a Japanese voice actor and actress from Ashibetsu, Hokkaido. She began her career after studying in a high school voice acting course, where she was discovered by a producer visiting her class. This led to her first major voice role as Ichika Hashibune in the local anime series The Legend of Super Normal Pref. Chiba. The character was reportedly created to match her image. She initially performed under the name Honoka before changing to her current stage name in March 2020. Outside of anime, she has also appeared in stage productions. Her primary known anime voice role is Ichika Hashibune across multiple installments of the Super Normal series between 2020 and 2024. She works as a freelance artist without agency affiliation.
