Yūri Kinoshita is a Japanese voice actress and performer known for her debut role as Usaki-chan in the anime series The Legend of Super Normal Pref. Chiba (Chou Futsuu Toshi Chibachuu Densetsu). Her involvement in this series marks her first voice acting role.

Prior to her work in anime, Kinoshita was a member of the idol group Kamen Joshi. Her connection to Chiba Prefecture, where the anime is based, stems from personal experience, as her grandparents lived in Kamogawa City, and she visited them frequently during her childhood.

For her role as Usaki-chan, a mysterious creature who appears before the main character Mito Hamajo, Kinoshita prepared by studying various television shows, paying particular attention to the behavior of unusual characters to inform her performance. She has expressed interest in continuing voice acting and hopes to one day portray a character capable of using magic in a fantasy setting.
