Haruka Nagamine is a Japanese voice actress and narrator who was born on February 24, 1989, in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Haikyo, having joined in 2012 after her training at the Tokyo Announcement Gakuin in 2009 and the Literary Arts attached theatre institute in 2011.

Nagamine's career includes a variety of anime roles, with a notable performance as Koku'ou (also credited as Black Sakura) in the long-running historical anime series Kingdom. Her portrayal of Koku'ou began with the series' fifth season, where she voiced the character as part of the Kanki Army arc. Another significant role is Kicchan in the slice-of-life comedy series Tanaka-kun is Always Listless. Her other anime credits include Tiana in Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte, roles in Peach Boy Riverside, Chrome Cro, and various characters in the Japanese dub of Lego Nexo Knights.

In addition to her work in television animation, Nagamine has extensive experience in video games, providing voices for characters such as Kureha in White Cat Project, Yokoyama Yako in Blade Strangers, and Black Sakura again in the game Kingdom Ran.
