Francesca Rinaldi is an Italian voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Italian market. Born on May 5, 1972 in Rome, Italy, she comes from a prominent family in the Italian dubbing industry as the daughter of actor and voice actor Giuseppe Rinaldi and actress Maria Pia Casilio; her siblings, Massimo and Antonella Rinaldi, are also voice actors. Before focusing on voice acting, Rinaldi appeared as an on-screen actress in television and film from a young age, including a role in the variety show Non e la Rai and a long-running part as Daniela Rocca in the TV series Il maresciallo Rocca.

Rinaldi is well known for providing the Italian voice of Guila across multiple installments of The Seven Deadly Sins franchise, including The Seven Deadly Sins, The Seven Deadly Sins: Imperial Wrath of The Gods, The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light, and The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragons Judgement. She played the role of CereCere, also known as Sailor Ceres, in the films Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie. Her other prominent anime roles include Makoto Ono in Hi Score Girl II, Yuriko Nishinotoin in Kakegurui and its second season, and Yukina in Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato. In the Glitter Force adaptation, she voiced the lead character Emily, also known as Glitter Rosa.
