Ikuko Tatsu is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, video games, and foreign film dubbing. She was born on April 23, 1958, in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her blood type is A. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Letters at Senshu University. Her professional journey in the entertainment industry began with the theater troupe Tomodachi, followed by a period with Nine Production, before she eventually affiliated with the agency Aoni Production.
