Karen Montero is a Mexican voice actress known for her work in dubbing anime series into Latin American Spanish. She began her career as a child performer, with early credits including roles in live-action productions such as the film El milagro de Cokeville and the television series The Crown. Her career expanded to include dubbing for various Turkish television dramas, where she provided voices for characters in shows like Tormenta de pasiones and Dulce venganza. Within the anime industry, Montero is best recognized for her portrayal of Yoshino Koiwai, the loyal and calculating maid to the main heroine, in both the first season and the OVA of the romantic comedy series Masamune-kun's Revenge. For this role, she provided the Latin Spanish voice for a character originally performed by Japanese voice actress Inori Minase. Her work on this series, produced by VSI Mexico City under the direction of América Torres, saw her collaborating with a regular cast of voice actors that frequently includes Ethien Desco and Gaby Gris.
