Rena Nounen, known professionally as Non, is a Japanese actress, model, singer, and voice actor born on July 13, 1993 in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. She began her career in entertainment as a fashion model in 2006 before gaining widespread fame for her leading role in the 2013 NHK morning drama series Amachan. In July 2016, she announced she would continue her career under the stage name Non. She subsequently launched her own record label, KAIWA RE CORD, and began releasing music as a solo artist in 2017.

As an anime voice actor, Nounen is best known for her leading role as Suzu Urano in the critically acclaimed 2016 animated film In This Corner of the World. The film, directed by Sunao Katabuchi, follows a young woman living in Hiroshima during World War II, and Nounen voices the protagonist Suzu from age 18 through her marriage and wartime struggles. She also provided the Japanese voice for Haru, the protagonist of the Netflix stop-motion animated series Pokémon Concierge, which premiered in 2023. A second part of Pokémon Concierge was released in 2025, with Nounen reprising her role as Haru. She contributed to the Pokémon franchise further by releasing the song GwGw for the Pokémon Music Collective project in 2025, produced by the band KANA-BOON.

Other anime voice roles include Tsukimi Kurashita in the series Kuragehime, also known as Princess Jellyfish. In addition to her anime work, Nounen has performed voice roles for other animated projects including a role as Chita in an unspecified production and appeared in the 2019 film In This Corner of the World sequel, In This Corner of the World: The Animation.
