Toshiharu Sasaki is a Japanese voice actor born on April 12, 1989, in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. He stands 172 centimeters tall and is affiliated with the talent agency A-Sketch. His professional interests and skills include playing the euphonium and dancing.

Sasaki began his on-screen career in 2014 with a role in the live-action film series The Next Generation Patlabor, where he played the character Horita. His voice acting work includes several notable television anime series from the mid to late 2010s. He is known for providing the voice of Kentaro Tsubaki in both the 2015 television anime Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches and the earlier OVA series Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches. In these productions, he also voiced additional unnamed background characters such as Boy A and a male student.

Beyond Yamada-kun, Sasaki has appeared in supporting and background roles across various anime titles. In 2015, he featured in Miss Monochrome The Animation season 2 and season 3, playing multiple incidental characters including an attendant, a guest, a man, and an audience member. He later had a role as a schoolboy in the 2018 series Boarding School Juliet. In 2019, he joined the cast of Midnight Occult Civil Servants, providing the voices for characters such as a staff member, a tengu, and Rokurobo. Additional television credits include an appearance as Mizuno in an episode of Poco's Udon World and as a boy in an episode of This Art Club Has a Problem.
