Sean Elias-Reyes, also known professionally as Sean Kenin and Sean Reyes, is an American voice actor based in New York City. He has been active in the English dub of the Pokémon anime franchise since joining near the end of its ninth season, becoming best known for voicing the Sinnoh region Pokemon Professor Professor Rowan, the Sootopolis City Gym Leader Wallace, and the parrot Pokemon Chatot in various appearances throughout the series. Beyond these signature roles, his extensive Pokémon character work includes providing voices for the Pokemon Glalie, the character Abe, an announcer, and numerous other supporting human characters and Pokemon over the course of many seasons and several movies.

In the realm of anime, Elias-Reyes performs the role of Director Yamaguchi in the 2023 animated series FLCL: Grunge, a season in the long-running FLCL franchise produced for Adult Swim. He is also the English voice of Osamu Miyahara, a main character and teenage delinquent in the romantic comedy series Midori Days. His work in animation extends beyond Japanese anime; his voice credits include the recurring character Tiny Tom Cruise on the animated sitcom Family Guy, Laird on The Casagrandes, Soundwave in Transformers: Earthspark, and Manny in Ice Age: The Adventures of Buck Wild.

Outside of performing, Elias-Reyes is an entrepreneur in the audio production industry. He is a founding partner of Hyperbolic Audio, a full-service audio post-production facility, and Hyperbolic Creative, a radio advertising agency. He previously owned and operated the New York City dubbing studio Shut Up & Talk. Alongside his voice work for animation and video games, he has appeared as a stage actor and has performed in national television and radio campaigns. His on-camera credits include a role on the television series Law and Order.
