Huxley Westemeier is an actor, singer, and multi-instrumentalist whose background includes significant work in stage musicals and voiceover. Hailing from Minneapolis, Westemeier began performing professionally at a young age, making a Broadway First National Tour debut at age ten in Andrew Lloyd Webber's School of Rock the Musical, where he played the role of Billy and served as an understudy for Lawrence the keyboardist. Additional stage credits include originating the role of August Rush in the Tony Award-winning director John Doyle's production of August Rush the Musical. Beyond acting, Westemeier is also a filmmaker and composer. The first solo animated film, Unraveled, which included an original score composed by Westemeier, was selected for the Film Score Fest 2023 in Minneapolis.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Westemeier is best known for the role of Rion Mizumori in the English-language dub of the acclaimed animated film Lonely Castle in the Mirror. Released in 2022 and produced by A-1 Pictures, the film was nominated for the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year. The English dub was produced by GKIDS and NYAV Post, with Westemeier voicing the character of Rion, one of the seven students who find themselves transported to a magical castle. The English voice cast also includes Micah Lin as Kokoro Anzai and Vivienne Rutherford as the Wolf Queen.

Westemeier has also performed voiceover work for a range of clients beyond anime, including commercial and promotional spots for Audible, Kellogg's, Amazon, and The Mayo Clinic.
