Hazuki Ogino is a Japanese voice actress born in Kurobe, Toyama Prefecture on August 30. She is affiliated with the agency 81 Produce and speaks the Toyama dialect. Her hobbies and special skills include singing, illustration, sewing, and badminton, a sport she played from elementary school through middle school.

Ogino became interested in acting during a summer workshop she attended in the third or fourth grade, but her desire to become a voice actor did not solidify until high school. Rather than attending university, she enrolled in a voice acting training school. After spending one year as a research student at 81 Produce, she officially joined the agency on April 1, 2016.

Her career includes a wide range of supporting and guest roles across many anime series. In 2017, she appeared in Idol Time PriPara, In Another World with My Smartphone, Princess Principal, and The Laughing Salesman NEW. The following years brought roles in Kiratto Pri☆chan, Pastel Life, Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku, Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest, Rifle is Beautiful, and a minor part in One Punch Man season two.

In 2020, she voiced characters in Interspecies Reviewers, Fire Force season two, Darwin's Game, Tower of God, and A Certain Scientific Railgun T. The year 2021 saw her in 86 Eighty-Six, Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy, Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro, Horimiya, and Blue Reflection Ray. More recent television appearances include CUE! in 2022, and in 2023 she appeared in The iDOLM@STER Million Live!, The Eminence in Shadow, SHY, and My Happy Marriage.

Among her more prominent recent roles, Ogino portrays Shimon Hokuraku in the series Alice Gear Aegis Expansion, which aired in 2023. She also voices Tsugumi Tsukasa in Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show, an original anime produced by Cygames that began airing in July 2025. Additionally, she provides the voice for Number 2 (also credited as 2号) in the ongoing Beyblade X anime. In 2025, she also took on multiple minor roles in the Japanese dub of Solo Leveling, including the character Ahn Yujung, as well as a role in Sakamoto Days.

Beyond television animation, Ogino has voiced characters in several video games. She is known for playing Lucifer and various other characters in Monster Strike, and has performed roles in games such as White Cat Project, Grand Summoners, and Brave Archive. More recently, she voiced Aibell in Genshin Impact and has a credited role in Honkai: Star Rail.
