Yūki Chiba is a Japanese voice actor born on November 4 in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. He stands 163 centimeters tall. He is a graduate of the Amusement Media Total Academy. After his studies, he was affiliated with Media Force until December 2010. Following a freelance period, he joined the agency Office Kaoru in July 2011.

Chiba is best known for his long-running role as Kenjirō Ōta in the Space Battleship Yamato franchise. He first voiced the character in the 2012 series Space Battleship Yamato 2199, also known as Star Blazers 2199, and its subsequent theatrical compilations. He continued the role in the sequel series Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Ai no Senshitachi, Space Battleship Yamato 2205: Aratanaru Tabidachi, and the 2024 film series Yamato yo, Towa ni: Rebel 3199. His work in the franchise also includes the 2014 film Uchū Senkan Yamato 2199: Hoshi-Meguru Hakobune.

Beyond his signature role in the Yamato series, Chiba has appeared in a variety of other anime. His early work includes a role as Hiroshi in the 2007 short film collection Ani-Kuri 15. He played Seiko Shinta in the long-running series Bleach and a male student in the comedy anime No-Rin. His film credits include a role in the 2006 animated film Tekkonkinkurīto.

Chiba has an extensive career in dubbing foreign films and television series. His dubbing work includes roles in Hanazakari no Kimitachi e: Ikemen Paradise as Chūō Senri, Kickin' It as Ricky, The Day of the Decision 3 as Ford, and I Didn't Do It as Logan. He has also provided voices for the Japanese dubs of series such as G-Spot, Bones, and Mad Men.

In video games, Chiba is known for his role as Yasunori Kamo in the visual novel series Hisui no Shizuku: Hiiro no Kakera 2 and its various ports and sequels. Other game roles include Wataru Makoto for the visual novel series Starry Sky, Keith and Kiriku in Agarest Senki, and the characterライベル for the mobile game Ark Sphere.

Chiba has also pursued a significant career in narration and voice-over for Japanese television programs. His narration credits include Aritoshi no Fukabori Chōsa, Aritchi Mokuyō Variety, and @Voice: Seiyū no Aratana Sekai. Furthermore, he has performed in drama CDs for series such as Hisui no Shizuku, Genshō Kōrin Tan, and The Idolmaster, as well as voice comics for romantic manga titles.
