Kozue Hayasaka is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace. She was born on May 20 in Tokyo, Japan. She began her voice acting career in 2011, making her debut with a dubbing role in the Korean drama "Lie to Me." She originally performed under the stage name Kozue Aikawa before changing to her current name in October 2011.

Hayasaka is best known for her extensive work in the Kantai Collection franchise, a popular multimedia series that personifies historical Japanese warships. She provides the voices for several destroyer-class characters from the 7th Destroyer Division, including Akebono, Oboro, Sazanami, and Ushio. She first voiced these characters in the 2013 browser game "Kantai Collection," and later reprised all four roles for the 2022 to 2023 television anime sequel "KanColle Season 2: Let's Meet at Sea" (also known as "Kantai Collection: Someday in That Sea").
