Elise Baughman
Description
Elise Baughman is an American voice actress known for her work on English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. She has been primarily based in Texas and Los Angeles, California, and has performed for studios including Funimation and New Generation Pictures.
Baughman has provided voices for a number of English versions of Japanese anime series. Her most prolific recurring role is Pan, the granddaughter of Son Goku, in multiple installments of the Dragon Ball franchise. She voiced the character in Dragon Ball GT, the television special Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy, and the re-edited series Dragon Ball Z Kai.
In addition to her work in the Dragon Ball series, Baughman has played a variety of supporting roles across different genres. She portrayed Mai Fuyuki in the romantic comedy series Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! and provided the voice of Hanabi Kitaoji, a member of the Paris Combat Revue, in the OVA series Sakura Taisen: Ecole de Paris. She also voiced Benedictine in the fantasy series Bye Bye, Earth, a role she reprised for the show's second season.
Her other notable anime credits include Yoko Okino in Case Closed, Angelique in Burst Angel, Rika Aida and Momiji's Mother in the original 2001 adaptation of Fruits Basket (she later returned to voice Momiji's Mother in the 2019 remake), Ricky in Kiddy Grade, and a minor role as a fruit vendor in Rurouni Kenshin Part III: The Legend Ends. Baughman's broader filmography also includes appearances in Darker than Black: Gemini of the Meteor, Daphne in the Brilliant Blue, Hell Girl, and Girls Bravo.
