In the anime series Muv-Luv Alternative, Isekaijoucho provides the voice for the character Sakura Usuki. Sakura is a survivor of the BETA invasion of Japan who later becomes a surface pilot in the United Nations, serving as a Second Lieutenant in the Special Task Force A-01's 9th Squadron. Beyond this voice role, Isekaijoucho has contributed musically to the same franchise, with the songs performed by her virtual artist group being used as theme music for the anime.

She holds a leading role as Sekai Yorukawa in the television anime Kamitsubaki City Under Construction.
