Luisa D'Aprile is an Italian voice actress known for her work in dubbing for film, television, and animation. She was born in Putignano, in the province of Bari, on September 10, 1997, and was raised in Gioia del Colle. From the age of ten, she participated in various theatrical workshops in the Puglia region. After graduating from classical high school, she furthered her training by attending two masterclasses in acting and dubbing with voice actors Luca Ward and Pino Insegno. At the age of 20, she moved to Rome to pursue a career as a voice actress and also took part in a theater workshop held by Davide Lepore at the Steps Dance School.

In the field of anime and animation, D'Aprile is recognized as the Italian voice for several characters. She is the Italian voice of Koharu Kawasaki in the anime film The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes. She also provided the Italian voice for the character Charlotte in the anime series Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall, which was dubbed in Italy under the direction of Rossa Caputo at the Pumaisdue studio. Her other dubbing credits include roles in the television series The Sandman, Locke & Key, Tenebre e ossa, and the animated film Ron - Un amico fuori programma.

Among her other notable achievements, D'Aprile has dubbed the voices of actresses such as Dominique Thorne, Erin Kellyman, Amber Midthunder, Emma Laird, and Ruby Stokes. Her work spans Italian dubbing for films including I peccatori, Mr. Morfina, and The Strangers, as well as television series such as Ironheart, Nobody Wants This, Bridgerton, La promessa, and Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. She was also the Italian voice of Atsu, the protagonist of the 2025 video game Ghost of Yotei.
