He was born on November 1, 1988, in Mexico City. His path to an acting career began while he was a student at the Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica (ESIME) Zacatenco, part of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. In 2010, he joined the university's theater group, Thespis, where his participation in various stage productions, including a performance in William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, earned him first place in the institute's theater competition and solidified his passion for performance. He officially entered the world of dubbing in 2013.

Trejo's voice became widely recognized for his portrayal of prominent characters in popular anime. He is perhaps best known as the voice of the powerful and malevolent spirit Ryomen Sukuna in the first season of the hit series Jujutsu Kaisen. His other notable anime roles included Genya Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the overbearing Director Ton in Aggretsuko, Otta Magetta in Dragon Ball Super, and Akainu in One Piece Gold: La película.
