Leonardo Novoa is a Mexican voice actor who has worked extensively in dubbing for animated series, films, and video games. He trained at the dubbing and voice-over school of Toni Rodríguez, where he prepared for a career in voice acting. His early work included smaller roles, and his first leading role came when he voiced the title character in the Latin Spanish dub of Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio (2022). Around the same time, he also voiced the character Polilla in the live-action Pinocho film for Disney+.

Novoa's anime roles include the protagonist Ryoma Takebayashi in By the Grace of the Gods (2023) and additional voices in Make My Day (2023). He has also voiced Korean animated characters, such as Jang Ye-na in the series Catch! Teenieping. Beyond anime, his voice work spans numerous Western animated series. He has been the voice of Kai Brightstar in Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures since 2023, and has also voiced Leech in X-Men '97 (2024), Reptil in Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and Connor also known as Catboy in PJ Masks starting from its fifth season. Additional series regular roles include Buddy in Supergatitos, Kodi in Los guardaespíritus del bosque, Bo in Equipo de rescate, Barry in ¡Eureka!, Fergie in La maravillosa pastelería de Alicia, and Pedro in Ada magnífica, científica.

Among his notable film roles are Flounder in the Latin Spanish dub of The Little Mermaid (2023), the young Lo'ak in Avatar: The Way of Water (2022), and a young Kenji in Ultraman: Rising (2024). He also played Albert in The Academy of Mr. Kleks (2024) and provided vocals for Scrooge: A Christmas Carol as Tiny Tim and for Leo as the character Eli. Novoa has frequently contributed additional voices to major animated features including Inside Out 2, Despicable Me 4, Wish, and The Sea Beast. His work in live-action dubbing includes the character Alex in Chupa (2023) and Bruce Bolaños in Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical (2022).
