Roberto Ciantelli is a Brazilian voice actor, dubbing director, and announcer known for his work in the Brazilian Portuguese localizations of various animated series and films. He is the founder and owner of the UP Voice studio and was also a co-founder of the now-defunct Mr. Dub studio.

In the world of anime, Ciantelli is recognized for his roles in several notable series. He provided the voice for the character Saber Tiger in the anime adaptation of Blue Dragon. He also voiced two characters in the series Soul Hunter, taking on the roles of Kao Yo Kao and Li Shing. His additional anime work includes providing additional voices for the classic series Ranma 1/2.

Beyond anime, Ciantelli's extensive voice acting career spans Western animation, films, and television series. His animation credits include voicing Mr. Garrison and Chef in various seasons of the Brazilian dub of South Park.
