P.M. Seymour, also known as Patrick M. Seymour, is an Irish-American voice actor and casting director based in New York. They began their voice acting career in 2012 with roles in the web series Super Great Celery Man. Early recognition came in 2010 when they were a finalist in the Japanator voice acting competition.

Their anime voice acting credits include a wide range of English dub roles. Seymour is known for providing the voice of Eita Akutsu in the series Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! In the live-action film HK/Hentai Kamen, they performed multiple roles in the English dub, including Agent #2, Classmate, Karate Sensei, Lifeguard, and Reporter on Phone.

Additional notable anime roles in English dubbing include Hubert in Ai no Kusabi, Gozu in Everything for Demon King Evelogia, Mutsumi Kuonji in Final Examination Kujira Progressive, Kazuhiro in Show Time! and Show Time! 2, Beri Berinal in The Titan's Bride, as well as roles in Fire in His Fingertips 2 and Unexpectedly Naughty Fukami. They also played a Kendo Referee and Principal in Chu-Bra!: Panty Appreciation Society.

Beyond anime, Seymour has an extensive portfolio in video game voice work. They voiced Perkins in Honkai: Star Rail, Budo Masuta and Flame Demon in Yandere Simulator, Commander Torque in Freedom Planet, and Dr. Stahl in The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II. Other game credits include roles in Aura Kingdom, Heroes Arena, DC Battle Arena, and the visual novel Highway Blossoms. Their work also extends to mainstream animated series, having provided voices for Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff.

In addition to performing, P.M. Seymour works as a casting director and ADR director. Their production credits include serving as ADR Director for Everything for Demon King Evelogia and XL Boss, as Assistant ADR Director for Caressing the Nipples of My Hibernating Bear, and providing voice direction for the Show Time! series. They have also worked on subtitle timing and script adaptation for several series.
