Ryoko Gi, whose name is also romanized as Ryouko Gi or Ryōko Gi, is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on July 20, 1972 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Her career began after a brief period working as a flight attendant for All Nippon Airways (ANA), after which she pursued her passion for performance by joining the Seinenza Theater Company. She made her television debut in 1994 in the NHK morning drama series Haru yo, Koi. This background in live-action television and stage drama has informed her versatile approach to voice work in anime and foreign film dubbing.

Gi is particularly known for her work dubbing performances for international film stars, serving as the official Japanese voice for actresses such as Zhang Ziyi and Elizabeth Banks. In the realm of anime, she has portrayed a range of significant characters. She is recognized for the role of the Witch Queen in the long-running fantasy series Black Clover, a powerful sorceress who plays a pivotal role in the Witches' Forest arc involving the character Vanessa. Her other notable anime voice credits include Velonica in the superhero series Heroman, Chiharu Hozuki in Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life, Onatsu in Mars Red, and a committee member in the 2024 series Lazarus.
