Shiori Matsuda is a Japanese female voice actress and stage actress affiliated with the talent agency ARTSVISION. She was born on May 20 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. Her blood type is B. Prior to joining ARTSVISION, she was affiliated with Office PAC until March 2010.

Her career in voice acting spans a wide range of anime television series, films, and video games. In television anime, her early roles include a newscaster in Chaos;HEAd and the young version of Guy in Tales of the Abyss, both in 2008. Throughout the 2010s, she took on numerous supporting and guest roles. Notable appearances include an editor in Aikatsu!, a herder in The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, a female student in Corpse Princess: Kuro, and various townspeople in series like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Tokyo Ravens, and Phi Brain: Puzzle of God. She has voiced multiple characters in the long-running series Doraemon, such as a host, a housewife, a girl, a records keeper, and a wife. Her work in the Doraemon franchise also extends to film, including a role in Doraemon: Nobita's Space Heroes Record and the 2014 CGI film Stand by Me Doraemon. Other significant anime roles include a scientist in Gods Eater, a woman in Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul, a mother for the character Kiriku in Little Busters! Refrain, and Kumiko Kuwana in an episode of Case Closed. More recently, in 2021, she played the role of Kasane's mother in the anime adaptation of Scarlet Nexus.

In addition to her anime work, Matsuda has a substantial body of work in the dubbing of foreign films and television series for the Japanese market. Her dubbing credits include Alma Wheatley in the acclaimed series The Queen's Gambit, a role portrayed by Marielle Heller, and Laura in the film Tenet, played by Clémence Poésy.

Matsuda has also contributed her voice to several video games. Her game roles include Harumi Kamiya in Time Travelers, Signal Red in Tiger & Bunny: Hero's Day, Kagalibi in Core Master, Yui Matsunami in StarHorse Pocket, and Meba in the Doraemon: Nobita's Space Heroes Record video game.
