Jenny Zhang, also known by her stage name Chongchong or the professional name Zhang Zhenni, is a Chinese voice actress, voice director, and a member of the Vanguard Sound team. Based in Shanghai, she has built a career primarily within the Chinese animation and video game industries.

Her career as a voice actor includes a range of dubbing work for both animated series and major video game titles. In animation, her roles include Blizzard in the series Ling Cage, Ling Luochen in Soul Land 2: The Peerless Tang Sect, and Bai Liansu in Kun Tun Tian Xia Zhi Zhang Men Gui Lai. She also voiced Bai Hua in the series B-Fighter Eden Son, a role for which she also served as a voice director, and Zuo Ci in Fantasy Hunter.

In the field of video games, one of her notable roles is Lu Wangshu in The Invisible Guardian. She also provides the voice for Chen in the popular game Arknights, as well as for Yangyang in Wuthering Waves, Irina in Path to Nowhere, and Yoshi in Wuthering Waves.
