Hikaru Ikuta is a Japanese voice actress born in Kagoshima Prefecture on January 31. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Her professional skills include speaking the Kagoshima dialect, athletics with a specialty in the long jump, and weightlifting. Her personal hobbies are running, watching idol performances, riding motorcycles, and poi activities.

Her voice acting career became active in the 2010s. One of her early roles was a cast member in the 2017 series Made in Abyss, followed by a role as a classmate in Iroduku: The World in Colors in 2018. In 2020, she voiced a high school girl in Pokémon: Twilight Wings and a student in Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken. Her subsequent anime roles include a passerby in Re-Main in 2021, a young Satetsu in The Vampire Dies in No Time, Maid A in Parallel World Pharmacy, and Athlete A in Extreme Hearts in 2022. In 2023, she voiced the character Senbara in Skip and Loafer.

Ikuta is also known for her work in the romantic audio series Eternity: Shinya no Nurekoi Channel, where she provides the voices for both Aoi Hasegawa and Rin Sekizaki.
