Elisa Bannat is a German voice actress, singer, and stage performer. Born in 1986, she has Nigerian heritage and trained formally in both singing and acting, completing a vocal studies program at the Downtown Music Institute in Augsburg in 2008 before pursuing additional acting and speech training beginning in 2010. Early in her career, she toured internationally as a singer with various bands and ensembles before transitioning away from live performance around 2012 to work as a voice artist and singing teacher in Berlin.

Bannat has been active as a voice actress since 2015, with her work spanning German dubs for numerous Hollywood films, television series, and video games. Her body of work includes over eight film dubbing credits, and she has voiced characters in major productions such as Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker playing the pilot Wrobie Tyce, Barbie as President Barbie, and the live-action The Little Mermaid as Indira. In television, her roles include Leota Adebayo in Peacemaker, Detective Cordelia Cupp in The Residence, and characters in series such as Grey's Anatomy, GLOW, Orange Is the New Black, and Ahsoka.

Within the specific field of anime voice acting, Elisa Bannat is known for the role of Orika in the German dubbed version of the film Over the Sky, also known by its Japanese title Kimi wa Kanata. When this film was released in German theaters in September 2023, her performance as Orika was noted by industry observers, and at that time she did not have any other publicly known anime voice credits. The German adaptation of Over the Sky was produced by TNT Media GmbH under the dialogue direction of Patrick Keller.
