Keisuke Hamaoka is a Japanese voice actor born on February 2, 1990, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency AIR AGENCY and has been active in the industry since the 2010s.

Hamaoka's career began after he graduated from Nihon Kogakuin College. He further honed his craft at the Haikyo Voice Actors Studio and the AIR AGENCY voice actor training school. In the early part of his career, he also gained experience by performing on stage.

He has built a substantial portfolio, predominantly as a supporting actor in a wide range of popular anime series. Among his many roles, he is known for playing Rigglegang in the series Saikyō Kamizmode!. His other television anime credits include appearances in JoJo‘s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Golden Kamuy, The Eminence in Shadow, and Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department. He has also had roles in franchise series such as Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury and One-Punch Man.

Beyond television, Hamaoka’s work extends to original video animations (OVAs) and theatrical films, with appearances in projects like Strike the Blood and The First Slam Dunk. In the field of video games, he has taken on more prominent roles, most notably providing the voice for the character Yashiro Nanakase in the fighting game titles The King of Fighters XV and The King of Fighters Allstar.
