Kyōko Minami

Kyoko Minami is a Japanese voice actress born on December 14, 1962, in Tokyo, Japan. She was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab. Her career was primarily active during the late 1980s and 1990s, a period in which she contributed voices to a range of anime television series and original video animations.

One of her most substantial roles was as Kirara Haruno in the 1991 television series Zettai Muteki Raijin-Oh, also known as Matchless Raijin-Oh. She also voiced the character Akira Imamura in the same series. Her other notable television credits from this era include the role of Pietro in Romeo's Blue Skies and Teddy in Little Women II: Jo's Boys. In the 1992 series Yadamon, she provided the voice for the character Mir.

Minami also performed in several original video animations and films. She voiced the character Nagisa in the 1991 anime The Adventure of Gamba and the Otter, and the role of Shiela in the 1991 fantasy OVA Dragon Knight. In the live-action film Domain of Murder, she voiced the character Sayaka Toyama. Another role confirmed in her filmography is Rikako in the 1993 anime Anata ga Furikaeru Toki.

Her body of work demonstrates recurring collaboration with Studio Gallop, which produced series such as Romeo's Blue Skies and Yadamon. Her roles often encompassed both young male characters, such as Pietro and Teddy, as well as female characters like Kirara Haruno and Mir.
