Yūki Tokiwa is a Japanese actor and voice actor born August 16, 1991, in Hyōgo Prefecture. He is represented by the Himawari Theatre Group. His career spans both live-action television drama and voice-over work for anime and foreign films.

Tokiwa is best known for his work in dubbing, serving as the official Japanese voice dub-over artist for actor Rupert Grint, providing the Japanese voice for Ron Weasley throughout the Harry Potter film series. He also provided the Japanese voice for actor Daryl Sabara in the Spy Kids film series. In addition to these major dubbing roles, his live-action TV drama credits include appearances in Hoshi ni Negai wo, Shin Ude ni Oboeari, Oyaji., and Hikon Kazoku among others.

In the realm of anime, Tokiwa voiced the character Tetsuo in the 2002 war drama anime television film Umigame to Shōnen (The Boy and the Sea Turtle). This special was the first installment in Shin-Ei Animation's Sensou Douwa series of annual World War II themed anime television movies for children. The film, directed by Tetsuo Yasumi, is set during the Battle of Okinawa and follows a boy who escapes the firebombing of Naha.
