Description
Zita Milene is a Portuguese singer, actress, and voice actress born on May 9, 1992. She began her artistic training in 2000 at the Conservatório Regional de Música Dr. José Perdigão, where she studied until 2010 and completed the General Singing Course. Her academic background includes a degree in Painting from the Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa and a degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia from the Escola Superior de Comunicação Social. She also completed a three-year Musical Theatre course at Escola EDSAE, participating in productions of West Side Story and Legally Blonde, and earned a Grade 6 certificate from Trinity Guildhall London in Musical Theatre with Distinction. Since 2014, she has worked as an artistic education teacher in Lisbon.
Milene has built a career as a voice actress for television series and video games, in addition to working as a voice artist for radio, television, and internet commercials. Her voice roles in television series include Beep in Pergunta aos StoryBots and StoryBots: Toca a Responder, Willow in Os Polos, Morgan Edwards in Acãodemia, Penny in Vikki RPM (character Penelope Damasco), Roberta in Noobees, Lark in Milo (2021), and Minuet Sonata in Trolls: TrollsTopia. She also voiced characters such as Helena in Rapazes do Nada, Leia and Mary in Lost & Found, Mika in Get Even, Emily in O Colégio das Quatro Torres, Clara in A Caminho da Fama (season 3), Lupe and Glória in GO! Vive à Tua Maneira, Anabela and Menina Helena in Meios Heróis, and Diana (Rapariga Kung Fu) in Meia do Kung Fu. Additional voice credits include Zoya in Animais Voadores, Lucia in Ariel: Contos de Sereias, and various minor roles in productions such as Pedra, Papel e Tesoura and Luka e o Teatro Mágico.
In feature film dubbing, her work includes Bazeema in Wish: O Poder dos Desejos (2023), Ariana in Troca em Família (2023), June Mindy in Não Olhem para Cima (2021), Yasmin in Contos do Medo (2021), and additional voices in How to Date Billy Walsh (2024) and A Elefanta do Mágico (2023). She also provided the Portuguese voice for the lead character Chihiro Ogino in the 2003 film A Viagem de Chihiro.
