Beatriz Singer, also known as Bia Singer, is a Brazilian voice actress based in São Paulo who has built a career dubbing animation, live-action, and anime into Brazilian Portuguese. She began her artistic training at the age of five, participating in dance and theater with the group MusiCanto Kids, and has also demonstrated her singing ability through her YouTube channel. She is the sister of Michel Singer, who is also a voice actor.

In the realm of anime, Singer is recognized for several prominent roles. She is the voice of the enthusiastic young girl Suika in the popular series Dr. Stone, a role she has performed since the show's first Brazilian dub, which premiered on Cartoon Network's Toonami block in November 2020. She continued to voice Suika in subsequent seasons, including Dr. Stone: Stone Wars and Dr. Stone: New World. Another significant anime role is Serara from the series Log Horizon. Her anime film work includes providing the voice for a young Shinji Ikari in Evangelion:3.0+1.01 Thrice Upon a Time and voicing Reina Haba in Drifting Home. More recently, she has taken on the role of Panzy in the series Dragon Ball Daima.

Beyond anime, Singer's career features a wide array of dubbing work in both Western animation and live-action productions. She is well-known for voicing Giulia Marcovaldo in the Pixar film Luca and has taken on leading roles in live-action films, such as Matilda Wormwood in Matilda: The Musical. Her work in Western animation includes the character Coco in the series Bluey and Remy in Remy & Boo. She has also contributed additional voices to major films like Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and the series Moon Knight. Throughout her career, Singer has frequently collaborated with the Atma Entretenimento dubbing studio, particularly on projects like Dr. Stone, where she works under the direction of voice actor Renan Alonso.
