Kentarō Itō is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Born on October 18, 1988 in Tokyo, Japan, he is also active as a singer and composer. Before beginning his voice acting career, he was a Vocaloid producer from 2009 to 2017 under the name 21SeikiP.

Itō made his professional voice acting debut in 2011. He landed his first main role in a television anime series in 2018 as Hirotaka Nifuji in Wotakai: Love is Hard for Otaku. Other significant anime roles include Shinichiro Oda in 2.43: Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team, Kouichi Mizuki in The Titan's Bride, Goro Amemiya in Oshi no Ko, Kyouichi Majima in My Home Hero, and Hinata Tachibana in Life with an Ordinary Guy Who Reincarnated into a Total Fantasy Knockout. He also portrays Doppo Kannonzaka in the mixed-media franchise Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle.

In the field of feature films, Itō has contributed to several major anime movies. He performed in Ride Your Wave, a 2019 film directed by Masaaki Yuasa. He also lent his voice to the film Kimi wa Kanata in 2020.

Beyond anime, Itō has an extensive list of roles in video games. He is known for voicing prominent characters such as Dan Heng (and his alternate form Imbibitor Lunae) in Honkai: Star Rail, Toya Aoyagi in Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku, and Divus Crewel in Disney Twisted-Wonderland. His other game credits include Faust in Promise of Wizard and a version of James Moriarty in Fate/Grand Order.

His work in music-focused projects is a notable aspect of his career. He is a member of the musical unit UMake alongside voice actor Yoshiki Nakajima, for whom he also serves as the composer. In 2019, he and his fellow cast members from Hypnosis Mic received the Singing Award at the 13th Seiyu Awards, which recognize outstanding performance in voice acting. In August 2022, he made his debut as a solo singer under the A-Sketch label's Astro Voice imprint, releasing his first single Mayonaka no Love the following month.
