Maika Sasaki is a Japanese voice actress and idol singer, born on January 21, 2000 in Aichi Prefecture. She is a member of the voice actress idol group =LOVE, which is produced by former HKT48 member Rino Sashihara. Sasaki joined =LOVE in 2017, and she serves as the center for the group's single Attacked by Love Songs. Prior to moving to Tokyo, she was a member of the local Aichi prefecture voice actress group Honokuni Musume. She has also studied at Yoyogi Animation Gakuin.

Sasaki has expressed that her aspiration to become a voice actress began after watching the anime Inazuma Eleven, where she learned that a female voice actor could voice a young boy character. Her early voice acting roles include a part in the television anime Kaito Ansa in 2017 and a role in the sixth season of the horror anime series Yamishibai in 2018. In the field of video games, she voiced Jenny Myers in the Japanese version of Friday the 13th: The Game and the character Pana in Vital Gear.

One of Sasaki's notable international credits is the role of Tami Camacho in the CG animated film Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars. Beyond voice acting, she has appeared in live-action television series, including a role as Saya Toyama in the 2025 drama News Anchor, and as a lead in the series If, That's Love in 2022. Her work spans both animation and live-action productions, and she continues to perform as a central member of =LOVE, contributing to the group's music and variety show appearances.
