Eimi Okada is a Japanese voice actress born on December 6, 1984, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion and is a graduate of the Amusement Media General Academy. Her special skill is English conversation.

Okada began providing voices for anime television series in 2009. Her early career included a variety of supporting roles in series such as the AWACS controller in Canaan,井崎聪子 in 尸鬼 (Shiki), and丰玉 in Sekirei: Pure Engagement. Throughout the early 2010s, she appeared in numerous notable productions, often voicing side characters, students, mothers, and townspersons. These credits include roles in Fate/Zero, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Little Busters! as Takamiya, and Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic where she voiced several minor characters including Anis and a mother.

In 2012, she also began working in video games, providing the voice for the character Tiamo in Fire Emblem Awakening. She would later reprise the role of Tiamo, also known as Cordelia, in Fire Emblem If and Fire Emblem Heroes. Her other game credits include roles in 428: Shibuya Scramble and the fortissimo series.

Her later anime work in the 2010s includes a recurring part in the Aikatsu! franchise. In Aikatsu Stars!, she plays the role of Momoko Yachigusa, a teacher at the Bird Theatre Class of Four Star Academy and a former idol. She also voiced the character in the 2016 film Aikatsu Stars! The Movie. Her other credits from this period include roles in Joker Game as Elena, two different mother characters in Doraemon, and前辈设计师 in Aikatsu Friends!. In 2019, she voiced a younger version of a character in the series Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love.
