Ayami Yoshii is a former Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, mobile games, and multimedia franchises. Born on June 12, 1991 in Hokkaido, Japan, she was active in the entertainment industry from approximately 2012 until her retirement in March 2019. Throughout her career, she was affiliated with the talent agency Taiyou Production.

Yoshii voiced a variety of supporting and lead characters across several popular series. Her anime television debut came in 2012 with a role in the comedy series Good Luck Girl! (also known as Binbō-gami ga!), where she played the characters Mika Tsuwabuki and Rie Nakamura. The following year, she appeared in Magimoji Rurumo, providing voices for the Neko Neko sisters and a female student. In 2015, she took on roles in the satirical comedy Prison School as Girl A and Girl I, as well as the role of Poemy, a character also known as Motoko Senda, in the anime Tantei Kageki Milky Holmes TD. This latter role is a notable credit in her filmography. One of her final anime roles was in 2017, appearing as a shopkeeper in the series Urara Meirocho.

In addition to her television work, Yoshii was an active performer in the Japanese mobile game industry. She voiced the character Suzune Minase in the rhythm game and multimedia franchise 8 beat Story♪, a role for which she also performed concert songs as a member of the in-game unit 8/pLanet!!. Her image color during these concerts was pastel blue. She also voiced Kyoko Weavers Uesugi in the game Tokyo 7th Sisters, performing as a member of the unit Le☆S☆Ca for several character song releases. Other game credits include the role of Seyra Idorizumu in Idol Rhythm.

On February 28, 2019, Yoshii announced her retirement from voice acting and all other entertainment activities, citing ongoing health issues and multiple hospitalizations throughout 2018. Her retirement became effective at the end of March 2019. Following her departure, the role of Suzune Minase in 8 beat Story♪ was succeeded by voice actress Satomi Amano.
