Élida L'Astorina is a Brazilian actress and voice actor born in Rio de Janeiro on February 1, 1959. Her career began in front of the camera, where she became known for her roles in Brazilian telenovelas during the late 1970s and 1980s, including appearances in productions such as Pecado Rasgado, Marina, and Pão Pão, Beijo Beijo, as well as the miniseries Anos Rebeldes in 1992. After stepping away from on-screen acting, she transitioned to a prolific career in voice dubbing, a field in which she has also worked as a dubbing director.

As a voice actor, L'Astorina is most recognized as the regular Brazilian Portuguese voice for actress Jennifer Aniston, having dubbed her role as Rachel Green throughout the series Friends and in several of Aniston's films, including Marley & Eu, Todo Poderoso, and Separados pelo Casamento.
