Ryō Agawa is a Japanese voice actress born on January 5, 1983, in Tokyo. She began her voice acting career in 2006 after graduating from the Amusement Media Institute and was initially affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. She later became affiliated with the management firm Aksent. Agawa is also known by the former stage name Natsuki Dai, under which she has been credited for some of her roles.

Agawa’s voice acting portfolio includes both anime series and video games. Within the anime industry, she is recognized for voicing the character Sho Grif in the Bakugan franchise, specifically in the series BakuTech! Bakugan and its sequel BakuTech! Bakugan Gachi. Other anime credits include the role of Girl Number 2 in the series Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzū. In the 2009 anime adaptation of the video game Valkyria Chronicles, she provided the voice for the sniper Marina Wulfstan. Additional anime appearances include minor roles in long-running and popular series such as One Piece, including the film One Piece Film: Strong World, as well as roles in Persona 4, Soul Eater, Death Note, Ergo Proxy, and Cherry Maruko.

Beyond her work in anime, Agawa has contributed to several video game titles. She voiced the character Hanako Ohtani in Persona 4 and Irileth in the Japanese localization of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Her other video game roles include Jean Ishikawa in Ar Tonelico 2, Nicchae in Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword, and Iz in TRINITY: Souls of Zill O'll.
