César Parra Jr. is a Mexican voice actor born on May 25, 1993. He has worked extensively in dubbing for animation, anime, film, and television series, and also serves as a director and production manager at SDV, a company specializing in international projects for radio, television, cinema, and multimedia. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major studios and platforms including Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Fox, Nickelodeon, and NatGeo Kids.

Among his notable anime roles, Parra Jr. voices Shusuke Takanashi in the series I Don't Like You At All, Big Brother!!, which was dubbed in 2023. His other anime credits include Yohei Kawase in Kuroko no Basket (2024), Reghindetz in World Trigger (2023), and additional voices in Actually, I Am... (2023).
