Towa Oshima is a Japanese manga artist born on February 2, 1979. She is best known as the creator of the manga series High School Girls, which was adapted into the anime television series Girl's High. Her father, Yasuichi Oshima, was also a successful manga artist.

Oshima's professional work includes a range of manga titles serialized in various Japanese publications. High School Girls was originally serialized in Futabasha's Weekly Manga Action magazine from 2001 to 2004, and then in Comic High! from 2004 to 2006. She subsequently created a sequel to this series titled Joshikousei: Girls-Live. Other notable manga works include Mel Kano, which was serialized in Monthly Sunday Gene-X Magazine, and Dousei Recipe, serialized in Square Enix's bi-weekly Young Gangan Magazine. Additional titles attributed to her include Berry Ecstasy and Towakan.
