Yoshinori Okamoto is a Japanese actor and suit actor born on February 16, 1955, in Ehime Prefecture. He is a veteran performer best known for his extensive work within the Toei tokusatsu genre, particularly the Super Sentai series, where he has contributed both as a suit actor and a voice actor. He is affiliated with the Japan Action Enterprise (JAE) agency.

Okamoto began his career in the mid-1970s with the Japan Action Club. His early work involved suit acting for heroes in series like Himitsu Sentai GoRanger and JAKQ Dengekitai. Over the following decades, he became a prominent figure in the industry, not only by performing the physical roles of numerous villains and monsters but also by providing their voices. He played characters such as Bio Hunter Silva in Choudenshi Bioman, Buuba in Dengeki Sentai Changeman, and Doctor Ashura in Choujuu Sentai Liveman. He also portrayed Hero Titan in Choushinsei Flashman.

In film, Okamoto voiced the character Whinsky in the 2004 movie Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger The Movie: Full Blast Action, an alien villain from the Algolian Gas Drinkers. His notable voice roles from the same era include Fifth Spear Sargain in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger, Dark Knight in Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, and Agent Abrera in the Dekaranger television series. He also performed the suit and voice for Signalman in Gekisou Sentai CarRanger under the name O-BITOH. Throughout his career, he has repeatedly collaborated with Toei productions, appearing as numerous characters across the Super Sentai franchise from the 1970s into the 2010s. His stage show performances at Theater G Rosso have also been a significant part of his career, where he has voiced characters such as Doggie Kruger and DekaGreen for live shows.
